I installed Overwatch 2 via Steam on August 19th, almost two weeks ago as of posting this. Ever since doing so and merging my Steam and Battle.Net accounts, I have been unable to use any of the shop functions. This includes the shop itself, the hero gallery, and the battle pass page. I am unable to see purchasable items or make purchases even with my already earned credits in game.
I have tried verifying my game files, reinstalling the game on both Steam and Battle.Net, and giving it time to load in game for hours just in case. None of this has changed the outcome, save for rarely being able to see the battle pass rewards upon logging in but not consistently. I figured with time a fix would come, but I’ve waited a while and figured it would be best to file a report. I hope the information I provided helps narrow down the problem.
