My account went through a merge a while ago and I am still missing it. Every time I try to go through the hero shop it tells me that it’s not available. I saw that others had the issue and that it was because my account is still “merging”. This happened when OW2 went live, and I STILL don’t have a shop button and the merge has already come and gone and I’m still here. . . with no button. Can’t even get the bastion skin because of it.

I have the same issue, been looking for a forum or some answers. 
Same problem and it refuses to let me make a bug ticket about it as it sends me back here. Pretty disappointed.
