I have over 800 wins in Mystery Heroes but for some reason I do not have my Shapeshifter title unlocked?
I pulled a ticket with support and received the following from a GM:
“After investigating this matter, I can see that you are facing a bug, However, we don’t have the ability to report bugs from our end, so the best course of action would be submitting a bug report in our Overwatch 2 forums.”
Is there anyone who can possibly help me with getting this resolved?
Since this forum is only for troubleshooting crashes and install issues, make sure to submit the bug in Bug Report.
