The only thing I can think of, there had to be a concession by both teams and the league organizer. Shanghai must have wanted to play King’s Row just as much as Philly did (Philly had the map pick).
I mean, between King’s Row, Numbani, and Eichenwalde. King’s Row is a clear favorite among… everyone.
