I think the Shanghai Dragons will be stomping this one. 3-1 Dragons.

The Shanghai Dragons rout the Spark very quickly on Nepal, but the Spark answer back in extra time on Volskaya Industries, leading to a tie game heading into the second half.

Nepal (Control): Shanghai Dragons 2, Hangzhou Spark 1

Volskaya Industries (Assault): Hangzhou Spark 4, Shanghai Dragons 2

MATCH SCORE: Hangzhou Spark 1, Shanghai Dragons 1

NEXT UP: Second half of Dragons vs. Spark is already in progress. At King’s Row, Spark have just taken Point B on their initial attack round.

Who cares exactly? The meta is stale and boring

I might have to get a hangzhou skin for ashe

Architect is insane. Still dont know why shock let him go.

shy popped off sheeeesh

SFS have always been spoilt with DPS talent, Architect is too good to just sit on their bench.

The Shanghai Dragons stave off the upset for now, but it is anybody’s game. We’re headed to a Map 5!

Nepal (Control): Shanghai Dragons 2, Hangzhou Spark 1

Volskaya Industries (Assault): Hangzhou Spark 4, Shanghai Dragons 2

King’s Row (Hybrid): Hangzhou Spark 3, Shanghai Dragons 0

Havana (Escort): Shanghai Dragons 1, Hangzhou Spark 0

MATCH SCORE: Shanghai Dragons 2, Hangzhou Spark 2

NEXT UP: OVERTIME! A control map tiebreaker will be played. As there are no ties in Control maps, the winner of Map 5 takes the series and gets that much closer to the May Melee Knockouts.

That was like the worst victory screen ever…all the dragons looked like they had just lost the grand finals

Wanted to clip but is it just me or does the button for that disappear

And the Shanghai Dragons clinch Map 5 and the series!

Nepal (Control): Shanghai Dragons 2, Hangzhou Spark 1.

Volskaya Industries (Assault): Hangzhou Spark 4, Shanghai Dragons 2.

King’s Row (Hybrid): Hangzhou Spark 3, Shanghai Dragons 0.

Havana (Escort): Shanghai Dragons 1, Hangzhou Spark 0.

Busan (Control Tiebreaker): Shanghai Dragons 2, Hangzhou Spark 0.

FINAL SCORE: Shanghai Dragons 3, Hangzhou Spark 2

1: Philadelphia Fusion 4-0 (4 League Points) (+9)
2: Chengdu Hunters 3-1 (3 League Points) (+6)
3: Seoul Dynasty 2-1 (2 League Points) (+4)
4: Shanghai Dragons 2-1 (2 League Points) (+1)

5: Guangzhou Charge 1-2 (1 League Points) (-3)
6: New York Excelsior 1-2 (1 League Points) (-4)
7: Hangzhou Spark 0-3 (0 League Points) (-5)
8: Los Angeles Valiant 0-3 (0 League Points) (-8)

The Valiant and the Spark are eliminated from the May Melee, while the Charge and the Excelsior need some help.

The Shanghai Dragons and the Seoul Dynasty are in a win-and-you’re-in scenario. The Dynasty can also clinch the 2 seed if they win over the Valiant by a verdict of 3-0 tomorrow.

4 teams are still in the hunt for 2 spots. Who will be moving on to Knockout Sunday? We’ll find out tomorrow morning!

That’s all for now. Live matches resume in less than 6 hours from now with Week 3, Day 2 of the NA matches. See you all then! If you’ll excuse me, I have a lawn to mow…

the Shanghai dragons are looking very weak imo
