Well, two lifeguard skins means there’s room for Mercy to one day get one herself one day (I feel extremely low probability in her getting one this year).
Pharah players have asked for something like this for years. But because Pharah normally wears so much armor, I imagine it’s difficult to give her any kind of casual skin while retaining her hitbox size.

Lifeguard Pharah kinda makes sense, since she’s usually a security contractor.
I think there is possibility for the whole lifeguard themed skins for every hero. That would be so cool

Seriously, good for Pharah. She had low skin love for like 2 years of OW and were blah. Ever since Halloween 2018, she’s greatly gotten better event Legendary skins and they look wonderful! And that is super difficult to do considering designing skins that don’t take away her armor for hitbox reasons.
She looks great and it’s not cheese like Lifeguard McCree or Widow.
(And Mercy players need to chill. They’re all crying right now. Sorry Pharah isn’t mega popular like Angela.)
