After the latest patch, I’ve been getting really bad packet loss when playing, resulting in no-regs and missing sound effects and sometimes even the players start skipping.

Looking over this, the test is very short. I could say that there are issues later on when connecting to Amazon, but honestly, the length of the test means I could be wrong. I would ask that this test be ran again, but for the length of a full game and to the IP in the game.
Out side of that, we could try changing the DNS in use. Sometimes this is all that is needed. There are a couple options that we offer that are free.
I hope we can help shed some light on this or get it resolved my friend.

Thank you for getting the test back to us. Looking this over I’m seeing the connection dropping at hop 6 and continuing on for awhile, basically it’s not getting any replies back at this point then they pick back up in a few hops. Normally when we see this it means that the routing is the issue but we need to double check that with another connection. This can be another ISP, through a phone tether, or through a VPN.
If you can please try one of these three option (All three if you can) and see how the packet loss is on them. This will help us figure out specifically what’s happening.

SAC is actually a South American server, but based on the tests, it looks like you’re having the same problem as this player. Can you please re post the test from this post in the thread above? You’re both on the same ISP.
I’m going to lock this thread so we can direct all players to the main thread we’re using to track the problem.
