Severe Latency issues in North Texas

normally my latency sits around 40ms all day today its been 150+ with spikes much worse. I’ve restarted all of my equipment and flushed my dns settings. AT&T is my isp I have not heard anything about them rerouting connections so I don’t know if that is the issue other games and web browsing seem unaffected.

North Texan here also experiencing 250 - 300 ms lag spikes with Frontier. It’s been like this for 2 months.
