my game launches fine and creates the overwtach folder in documents once launched, but it doesn’t create a settings_v0.ini file meaning all my settings reset after closing the game and I have to manually adjust every time. Ive tried everything at this point.
Essentially this is a permissions issue with the way you have Windows configured. You didn’t specify what you tried, so check out this old thread:
hello. Ive tried windows defender, unsyncing and removing onedrive, making sure the file directory path is on default, uninstalling and reinstalling (both ow and battlenet and removing leftover files) and even completely factory reset my pc.
