Put a “free trial” of a hero and servers just melt from income of people playing. Loging in takes forever, the you won’t even log in and “lose connection”. Everyone gets dropped from the match they’re playing, even your profile takes forever to load. I get kicked out of the whole game, takes 15 minutes to let me back in and the first match I play, the map is glitched and can’t even select a character cause I’m still in a group.
