Lately, the server connection on console is absolutely broken, several matches just randomly end, the game gets stuck on menu when a match is found, and last game everyone started to leave the game on second round. I left the game due to blatant server issues after two players on the enemy team left and onde on my team as well. When I tried to log back into the game, there was a 30 players ahead of you message and when I finally logged in, my account was suspended. The game doesn’t even let me get the replay of the match cause it doesn’t appear in my match history. As I am writing this post, connection seems to still be dropping.

I recently started to play this game again and ranked is a big part of what I love about It, I dont have a Lot of time to play and try to be methodic with my games played per day, If this keeps happening I’ll have to quit due to a ban in competitive that I did not earn… Getting suspended due to server issues that have nothing to do with me ia starting ti make me really nervous about playing comp. I tried to reach support but all they give me is a non-awnser (probably ai generated). I am sure my connection ia not the issue, psn never disconnects, only overwatch. PLEASE I NEED HELP I WANT TO GET BETTER AT THE GAME BUT I KEEP BEING HAULTED FROM PROGRESS BY THE LACK OF SERVER OPTIMIZATION, I AM NOW ON MY SECOND 8 HOURS BAN AND NEVER LEFT A SINGLE GAME, EVERYTIME I TRY TO REACH SUPPORT THEY TELL ME TO SHUT UP, PLEASE I DONT WANT TO GET BANNED LIKE THIS, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, I SEARCHED ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUES AS ME. DO SOMETHING PLEASE

Please keep in mind that this forum is supported by fellow players, not customer support/staff.
Unfortunately, consoles are a closed system and troubleshooting connection problems on them is a limited process. There are steps here:
Beyond that, report frequent disconnects on console in the Bug Report forum.
