hola, cuando entro a partida, luego de seleccionar mapa para jugar el juego queda cargando eternamente y cree que estoy inactivo (no puedo hacer nada) luego de un tiempo me expulsa de partida y me suspenden en competitivo y me bajan el nivel de recomendacion. por favor necesito ayuda, me gusta jugar al juego pero con estos bugs no puedo jugar mas de 1 partida seguida, sucede 1 vez cada 2 partidas. me quita las ganas de jugar

Im experiencing this on the nintendo switch but it happens randomly, always right after the ban phase it kicks me from the match before the teams and map screen is displayed, its happened three times and i dont leave games i think its rude, but now im suspended from comp for 7 hours and its not even my fault please fix this blizzard
