Hi I’m in NY and having connection issues black screens ext all night tonight and the game kicked me 3 times.I was just playing the game then got random black screens then lag then connection failures . please fix
If you’re seeing a black screen, that’s a local hardware/software issue, not a server issue. There are no reported server issues at this time.
Please read over the known issues for black screens and follow the tips there. If nothing helps, you will need to report back with a DxDiag.
Black Screen Crashes Due to Razer Chroma Software
We’ve received a number of recent reports of crashes with recent builds of Razer Chroma SDK. Razer has been working on the problem for a while, and it appears to have been fixed with Razer Synapse 3. Below are steps to resolve the issue.
