Overwatch has been acting up for me. And it’s been months now. Each time I try to get into a game, it doesn’t load me in. Instead, it keeps on loading. And when I try to go on deathmatch no one is there. It’s just me. I play on the switch, and my brother tried to go into a match on the exact same switch on his account. His account works perfectly. It seems like it’s a problem only on my account. I’ve tried restarting the switch, uninstalling overwatch, disconnecting the connection between my nintendo account and the switch, and checking the settings on my overwatch account to see if I changed anything that resulted to this. Nothing works. Please help me figure out this problem. ( I’ve also tried to contact support but nothing works still. )
Be aware that Blizzard does not offer courtesy tech support anymore, that’s why support (which handles account functions) was not able to assist you. Additionally, consoles are a closed system, so troubleshooting steps are limited to reinstalling or resetting the device.
If issues are not resolved by those steps, report the situation in Bug Report for the QA team. They will only respond if they need more information from you.
