I don’t understand why I can be playing the game completely fine for a few rounds then all of a sudden it says there is a server issue and it kicks me out of a match. This has happened numerous times, I have been banned for hours due to server failure, lost key matches, and overall just getting a poor experience from the game when I could be playing perfectly fine one minute then crash the next. Just the recent one not only lost connection to the game server but completely logged me out of the game, I was required to sign in with my email and password before I was allowed back into the game. I have looked on different forums trying to work on fixing the problem myself but I am on North American servers, my computer is more than good enough to handle the game, and I have lowered all my graphics down to low and established an ethernet connection and the issues still occur. I know that it is not coming from my end so I was hoping for some information on if this is a bug, if the servers are just not good enough to handle specific matches, or if anything is being done to handle the situation because I have asked other players around about if they experience the same issues and it seems like a normal thing within the overwatch community. Hopefully, there is a better answer to this than me needing to read deeper into forum pages to find an outside solution.

What do you mean by “server issue”? What error message are you seeing? If you are referring to “lost connection to server,” that is a local disconnection message.
I’m between both servers here in the US (Chicago and Las Vegas), so I play on both everyday for dailies and progress towards the weekly. I haven’t been disconnected from the game since a hurricane was passing over.
