I can’t connect to play the game. I checked twitter. it is not me only. suadi sever here. the message says: Gamer server connection failed… retrying.

I was already scared that someone had hacked my account when I suddenly crashed out of the game…

since the beginning of season there is a bug where Zen players can cause server to crash and game to end too. I have no clue what they do to cause server crash as well. it is always when there is Zenyatta in game.
I have the same problem.
Blizzard can you fix this or just announce it to the public. I had no idea what was happening

Is this bug caused by Zenyatta? I’m his mainer (I haven’t been playing support roles lately.)
Strangely, none of my friends on the list have this problem, they all play as usual.
Is it somehow related to the server load? Certain players, perhaps??
I think so. one zen said he will do it because he wants to go to sleep. we were in king’s raw and ta da! game ended. yesterday. I reported it. it used to be done with Zarya but they fixed it.
Same here on Console ( Xbox ) in the UK.
