I’m on PC, I queue for a competitive game, and it will randomly at times think that i’m in the game, but I am actually stuck on the menu screen, and it will say “failed to connect to server” if I push rejoin match. So I will lose 50 SR for no reason and gain a suspension in game.
When you are stuck on the menu screen, do you see others chatting?
