Overwatch updated, i joined a match, got disconnected from the server and couldn’t rejoin the match. I joined another game, same issue. I made sure it wasn’t my internet and tried again, disconnected. I tried another time, had it happen again with a 10 min suspension. Queued up another match, happened again with another suspension. Waited 30 minutes and tried again, it happened again and I’ve received a 2 hour suspension. I’m way too scared of being perma-banned at this rate so if it’s not resolved then i can’t continue playing. Also it says the shop is “unavailable” for some reason.
I’m having the same issue on both the Battle.net version and the Steam version of the game. It has been crashing on me randomly, but typically when loading into the match or during the character selection screen and then will bring up the crash report window. I’m currently banned from Competitive mode for 20 hours because I thought I fixed it with troubleshooting and moving launchers, only for 1 match to be perfect and get a crash immediately after loading into the next one. About to send in a ticket because I have been unsuccessful with getting this to work stably.
servers are having issues. i have already made a post, other users have made posts about it too but. it seems that blizzard does not even bother to acknowledge or look into the issue

This is a different issue ( your game is crashing), this has nothing to do with disconnects/server issues i would suggest you to open your own thread as this thread is about server disconnect issues
