Server connection problems

Hi! The last 3-4 days I experince server connection problems during the game, and it happened when i was in the main menu.Almost every games i got some lagging, than the red high voltage icon at the left side apearing. Its even disconnected from the battle launcher too, but it happaned once so far. I checked the internet connection, looks fine, so i ask for some help pls to sole the prob! THX!

The red icon is a sign of heavy packet loss/disconnections happening.

When creating a new thread about a connection issue, please include a WinMTR so members of the community can help you troubleshoot.

I’m having the same problem in Xbox

Looks like your ISP is having packet loss across their network, and in the second test it was either so bad that the test couldn’t report the timing, or it was blocking the requests.

You might check the EU forum and see if other players in your region are reporting issues with the same ISP, or just call the ISP/forward these results to them.

I’ve contacted my ISP, and just like you said, the problem looks like is on their side, so Im waiting for their answer when this will be fixed, thx for the help and the suggestion, i will tell if sgt will change.
