In a competitive game, the map is Nepal, and at the end of the first round, I happened to be resurrected at that time, so I can press the H key to switch heroes. I pressed the H key multiple times to switch between heroes. Then the competition for the second map began, and the hero I chose was in the spaceship of the first map. I couldn’t change heroes, leave the spaceship, and could only watch my teammates 4vs5. After exiting the game with ALT+F4 and re entering, it returns to normal.
I think a replay code will help the devs.

I just had a very similar issue, I could type in chat and press H and tab through characters, but i was stuck in place. No matter what I did my character would not move.
I just had basically the same thing happen to me. At the end of the first round i tried swapping heroes while it was in the animation to go to the next map. For whatever reason it let me. I then swapped between a few heroes then once the next map loaded in i was still in the first maps ship. My entire team was down at the second map but i was stuck on the first.
It was on Nepal.

The following instructions are to help developers reproduce the bug.
First, select the Nepal map and start a competitive game. At the end of the first map, your hero should be in the spaceship, so you can press H to open the hero selection screen and switch heroes. When the screen shows ‘1:0,’ quickly press H and switch heroes multiple times. Then, when the second map’s game begins, you’ll find that your hero that you have just changed is still on the first map.

I’m having this problem on Nepal too!!! Replay code NFV3XV. I only switched heroes once but I was in the spawn room at the end of the first round and was trying to swap in between. I recorded a clip of it as well but I can’t embed videos in this reply. I ended up leaving the match so that my team could get a replacement.
