My account and my sister’s account are both eligible for top 500 open queue but only mine or hers will show up, not both. Whichever of us most recently played, that is the one that shows up. Is it because we have the same IP? We have separate phone numbers and separate accounts but since we live in the same place, our IP is the same.

T500 OpenQ is glitched af since something like 24-48 hours, sometimes you’re T500 sometimes you’re not. It seems to have two separate lists and I don’t know why.

I’d pay good money to have this bug and this entire situation resolved for good, but unfortunately that does not appear to be an option.
