Sensitivity Problem

So it won’t let you do a specific selection anymore. If I put 4.50, it goes to 5.00 after I exit; If I do 4.49, it goes to 4.00 when I exit.

This is problematic because I play at 4.50 so it ends up being slightly too fast or slightly too slow for me…

When is this going to be fixed?

A shooter without the shooting components working properly.

It’s been an issue since ow2 launch, just that the UI didn’t show the rounding.

You just have to apply the number manually and itll be applied until you reopen the controls page.

Just dont reopen the controls menu and you can play at 4.5.

It most definitely has not. This issue was introduced in the s3 patch.

There was an aim issue since launch. Several threads and bug reports.
With the S3 patch, we got a UI that shows the rounding or w/e you want to call it.

Sad to see issues like these persist in a modern shooter.
Bugged at launch and still bugged months onward.

also have a messed up sens. :frowning:

They are clearly not the same issue. The original issue has definitely been fixed for a long time and the complaint was more than just it being the wrong sensitivity.

The new bug started in s3. It is a bug in the UI. It was reported en masse as soon as s3 started. Blizzard acknowledged it’s a UI issue.

So an aim issue into another aim issue, got it.

They ship with shooting bugs in their shooter, then fix it but actually don’t, because they break more things and release more bugs.

This isn’t professional grade development. It’s an embrassment to the industry and to hiring practices.

I dont recall defending them on the issue. I’m just saying this has not been an issue since launch.

Aim has been an issue since launch.

I don’t believe it has. I nor anyone I know has had an issue since launch, and I haven’t seen anyone post on the forums about the issue since season 1. It’s clearly something that’s been fixed since then.

There have been bug reports about aim every patch, since launch.
See the bug report forums.

The game is bigger than you or ‘anyone you know’. It’s a buggy mess, and we haven’t had a patch without aim-related issues since launch. That’s months of the shooting parts of the shooter not being adequately live.

There have not been. And if it was still an issue you’d see the issues in General too. People dont post bug reports exclusively in Bug Reports.

In beta and early s1, it was a big deal, and we regularly saw topics about it in General.
In s3 they introduced a new bug here and we regularly see topics about it in General.

Yeah, that’s why I said “and the forums” in addition to my own friends.

Didn’t say it wasn’t.

Yes we have. Please provide evidence of where it was an issue in s2 and the many patches in between s1 and the new s3 issue.

me, sitting here at 55.00…

There have been. Please use the search function.
Based on the numerous reports, threads, social media, etc.

I don’t have trust level to link but you can use search.

I did. Feel free to show them to me, though.

You can link to other posts on this forum. You can also encode any link you want with plain text to post URLs, such as www.google.com

I claim you can’t use the search function.
Search for posts containing “aim”. There is one for each patch.
Link them here.

Prove my claim wrong.

Like I said, I did.

That’s not how it works, buddy. Burden of proof is on the person making the claim. That’d be you.

Yes and I claim you’re not using the search function properly.

because there are several results that reveal aim is/was/has been an issue.

Yeah that’s not how that works.

Not going to do this with you again, so have a good one.
