It appears that you have multiple copies of the driver installed for your mouse. This can happen when you have a faulty connection to your computer (a bad cable, bad USB dongle, bad USB port) and Windows picks up the device a second time and installs the drivers for it again. It’s also possible that when you updated the drivers for it, the old ones were not completely removed.
I also see that you’re having an issue with your GPU drivers, which might have something to do with how the mouse input is being received. I recommend uninstalling them with DDU and installing a slightly older version since the ones for 20-series cards are causing a lot of problems with Overwatch. And also opt-out of GeForce Experience if possible.
