I was playing before the update for season 3 and then after I finished the game I was in, I was forced out to update the game. After the update, all my sensitivities had been rounded to the closest multiple of 1 for sensitivity setting. For example, If i used to use sensitivity of 6.5, the game will revert me back to 7. If I try to change it back to 6.5, it will let me type in the numbers, press enter, and only show until I close the menu. Once I close the menu and return to sensitivity, it has be reset to 7 again. Has anyone else run into this yet?

- There is an issue where the Mouse Sensitivity setting may reset to full integers when you return to the setting in your control options.
- Workaround: This setting will save at your specified value when you leave the control options each time.

Yep I have it too. Last season it was just Ashe and there was a workaround of doing .99 at the end of your sense but now its more heroes and that workaround doesnt work. Thanks blizzard!
The sad part is, they probably are gonna fix this bug in the mid season patch. Like, in 1 month if we’re lucky enough… -.-
Best thing you can do is change your dpi and a full number sensitivity to suit.
e.g. was 0.4 @ 6400 dpi
now 1 @ 2500 dpi
0.4 * 6400 = 2560 edpi
1 * 2500 = 2500 edpi

yeah, i’m having the same problem. i try to use 37.89 and 51.47 scoped sensitivity and can’t. i have to uninstall, this is bad. ggs blizzard.

If so, they really are the worst dev team. Just plain garbage at this point. This is an immediate hot patch issue anywhere else.

So just change it hit enter & close control options tab, but remember if u go back into control options tab again for any reason you must change it again each time & hit enter before you leave?
Really? Opening the tab itself causes it? How can we be sure if we can’t check it ourselves in game lol.

can confirm this is happening.
It has happened b4 in OW1 but fixed quickly, tbh I rather it was fixed than having to do a manual workaround each time that we can’t even check really works 
I lost a lot of rank because my sensitivity was changed and I didn’t realize it. I need reparations! I can’t even get my last sensitivity exactly because my mouse goes in 50s and I need to go in 10s 
@blizzard This bug is still a thing, please fix this…
