Her Father had an accident, and in critical condition as of now.
well on top of father being in bad shape…if she leaves country she has no idea when she will be able to return…considering donating kidney…etc etc…shes got a lot on her plate atm

It’s really sad to know what she is going through, it’s going to be a difficult time for her and I wish her the best, she seems like a very cool and nice person and I’ve always liked her work on the OWL.

Her father is in critical condition due to an accident he had, he’s in another country and her visa expires in september, she can’t get a marriage license yet to bypass the presidential order that prevents those particular visas from being approved right now and covid 19 makes everything more complicated in general because mandatory quarantine times.
it was really sad to read that all, hope things turn out well for her, she seems like such a nice person

I think most of the hate for OWL has to do with how Blizzard has treated the game because of OWL. Also I think most of the casters people like…

Wow, that’s a huge mess that’s been dropped on her. Soe is great so I hope it works out and she makes it back. I met her once and she was nice enough to take time out of her break to come talk with me and my friend and she offered to take a picture with us.
I will be praying for her father and wishing them well. Wish I could do more, but that’s up to the doctors now.

Reading her twitter there, I empathize. My dad was on dialysis and I wound up taking care of him. I don’t know how she feels exactly, I haven’t lived her life, but I do know some similar emotions and what it’s like to see a loved one suffer and to feel like you have to help. Never knew she was a Berserk fan as well which is pretty badass, even if her reasons for being one make me a little sad.
Sad to see all the things piling up for her, visa expiring with this timing (she would be over there, taking care of her father), her wedding having to be post-poned, presidential order saying she can’t come back if her 01 visa expires and a marriage license now not obtainable in any kind of realistic time table due to reduced government service hours and a virus created back log. She has a big mess on her plate.
I’m unemployed, and I’d happily volunteer to be the one to fetch her food during quarantine in exchange for the trip, except coming from the US I’d be in the same quarantine as her, lol. Good luck to her though, that’s all I can say and I hope things manage to come together for her and she’s able to take up her position again eventually.
