How stupid do you think I am?
I’m gonna’ say probably a dps main given how often I get those.
We’re just doin’ God’s work. Tearing down the house, starting with the supports.
On console it’s party invites. Like they think I’m stupid. Sure, I’ll join your party so you can insult me.
I ignore all friend requests I do not know. I am not sure why these people send friend requests anyway.
Like they think I will accept one from a guy who just screamed at me? I find it much more funny to deny and letting them waste their time checking if I accepted.
I play on console. When my fingers are moving too fast I’ve accidentally sent invites when I’m trying to report somebody (for some reason, they are right next to each other in the menu).
Not my problem.
Decline friend request.
Me when I’m trying to avoid as teammate.
I call those “ez harassment reports”
I find it funny when people get so mad over a game that they feel the need to do this. I completely ignore them and don’t even bother declining the invite.
You have to decline at some point.
They should be cleared.
Not all opponent friend requests are hostile, so it’s not necessarily thinking that you’re gullible, it might just be thinking the two of you were the best players in the lobby and wanting to duo.
If they were salty in chat during the match though, or if they have a zero or 1 endorsement (suggesting they’ve been silenced recently) then don’t even think about it.
I get a lot of random friend requests, but when I check social it’s from nobody I’ve recently played with. Started to wonder if it might be from people on the forums, but since I never accept, I never actually find out who they are.
You know what they say…
Keep your friends close.
Keep your internet trolls closer.
I always love it when people get so roasted that they decide to do this. Like, dude. I already made you feel bad you’re not going to get to me by sending me a friend request.
If they were friendly forum participants why didn’t they give you a heads up post that a friend request is incoming?
Are they scared they might actually have to be friendly?
I haven’t had this happen for a while. Kinda waiting for it so I can get a 1v1 going lol.
Ok here is what I do
I appear offline, pre-type something and copy it, accept their f/r and quickly click on their name on battle.net paste the message, send it and quickly delete them then block so they can’t reply
BTW make sure you block them though because there is a bug with battle.net where they can reply to you still.
I’m pretty sure one of them was me, mb sorry… LOL
Now I know why nobody has been accepting my friend requests, I added a lot of people from the forums since the crossplay update lol, only a few people accepted, most others didn’t lol.
well you are a one trick so very
Probably because there doesn’t seem to be any pm on this board and would be a odd thing to plug into a random thread.
I see a lot of people on Xbox have a different handle there than on battlenet. Easy to find someone and send a message on Xbox if you know their handle there, even if not on your friends list.
I’m pretty easy to find since I have the same handle for both.
Unfortunately some use that easy message system to harass you after a match. I send a lot of messages after matches, to teammates or opponents if they played or did something noticably well. Find that most of those get ignored also.
