The only one that looks like an Epic is the Bap one.
Edit: Actually the Ashe skin is probably one too, but it’s a good Epic at that.

Sojourn’s look nice and so does JQ and Kiriko’s. I don’t play male characters typically but the Hercules inspired doomfist one looks nice. The mask on the Ashe one just feels off to me and gives me the Ghost from CoD vibes idk

The only one I want is the Kiriko outfit. But the quality of every single skin is a lot higher than in OW1.

The models are completely different. The JQ one is a recolour of her skin in her cinematic.
(Also will add that it’s called the “Legendary offer”)
It’s a recolour of her base OW2 look with a cool hat and mask.
For the record, that awesome Junkrat skin in the trailer the other day? That is also an epic, confirmed by a dev on Twitter. So they’re just good Epics.

Reminder that the skins shown in the HERO bundle are actually core unlocks of that character, meaning they’re permanently available skins in the hero gallery. The hero bundle is just trying to sell you the hero gallery at a “discounted” price.
The WEEKLY skins are the ones you need to worry about. Those are the “It’s here for a week and then it’s gone!” FOMO skins.

it seems the quality of epics on OW2 is going up. not to say the ones in OW1 were low quality, a lot of them just weren’t very elaborate and didn’t deviate a lot from base.
i hate the sidecut they’re hellbent on giving ashe. hope it doesn’t follow into new legendaries 
I’d really like to see some legendries of hers already. So far we haven’t seen her past an epic skin in any of the promotional art just recolors and small changes to her normal outfit.
