Ive recieved a season ban due to my game freezing on the hero ban phase. This only happens when I’m in a group of people as well. I would try to appeal my account however it says they cannot revert account actions. I know others have been experiencing this and I have video proof of it as this is my second season ban before I get banned permanently, I would like to know if this is being addressed.
