I placed 308th as a support in season 2 overwatch 2 in eu server set to playstation but i didn’t receive my top 500 rewards only my diamond rewards even though i was ranked 308th as a support.

I’m missing my Top 500 rewards from Season 36 too, but the Devs have yet to give an official response. Missing rewards has been a bug that’s been ongoing since launch and as far as I know, no one has found a consistent way to fix it. Only thing left to do is spread the word about this bug on my and others’ posts and hope the Devs take notice. Any help in doing so would be greatly appreciated.
