You guys know how I love to do tier lists once a month, and here we are in the middle of May. Here goes nothing 
:
Meta: Ana, Orisa, Hog, Mercy
S: Zen, Lucio, Widow
A: Hanzo, D.Va, Hammond, Rein
B: Winston, Genji, Zarya, Tracer
C: Torb, McCree, Sombra
D: Brig, Soldier, Ashe, Mei, Baptiste, Doom
F: Sym, Moira, Junk, Pharah, Reaper, Bastion
torb beeing in anything else other than F feels weird
also, if orisa is meta, Bastion ATLEAST should be C alongside sym

When you say Orisa is meta and Lucio is S tier, I assume you mean in 2 different scenarios. They have very conflicting team play styles.
i think rein zarya should be lower, statistically they are the worst tanks in the game right now (except in owl) and they are complete garbage in 222.
Not completely. When not in speed you pretty much get free AoE healing all the time is is helpful for non-Baptiste/Moira compositions. As Orisa will be stationary Moira is not the greatest pick when she runs low on resource healing and a team plays further back and Baptiste is still largely solo target healing much of the time. Brigitte lacks the AoE healing unless close up which Orisa can have issues facilitating.
Plus, as he is super versatile sound barrier is always good for situations. You still get value for moving the slower Orisa and such into position.
Rein isnt A tier and neither orisa nor hog are meta. They are crutch comps used in ladder because they require 0 teamwork and minimal effort. Move Junk up to C and Tracer down to C and I agree with u for the rest. Also Mercy isn’t meta either. Lucio is tho. Rein should go to C tier because he is useless against Winston or Hammond.
The only hero I disagree with on this list is McCree, he should be F tier.
Even in GM, he has the lowest win-rate in the entire game.
(Pretty sure you made this list purely from pick-rate but I think you should take there win-rate in account as well)

Um have you even heard about Bunker? Even as we speak, it is stomping Bronze players to Top 500s, as it is universally extremely effective.
And all of that while requiring pretty much a non - existent amount of actual skill from the players and especially the Bastion.
Isn’t that why orisa and bastion are in meta?
Of course they both are because of it.
Sym could be maybe E tier if bunker solidifies but she is really extraneous to it and she adds very little to the comp aside TP which isnt even necessary most of the time.
Otherwise she a joke troll pick hero to a biggest degree that before the rework due to how her entire worth depends on her team abusing the cheese out of TP.
I would definitely put lucio in S-tier because his speed actually makes orisa hog viable on offense.
My F-tier would just be McCree and Pharah.
Ashe is the definition of c tier, better options keep her down.
I’d move everone in your D tier besides Brig to C.
Ana is clearly S tier, and has been for a long time. I don’t consider her meta because she although can do bunker or dive, really well actually, her home is deathball which isn’t meta at all right now.
I’d move every besides Pharah in your F tier up to D.
Both Baptiste and Bastion should be at least C tier, they work very well in bunker
I wouldn’t say Hog is Meta tier, probably closer to F tier IMO, I also wouldn’t put Mercy as high. She’s still really good but niche. Also Tracer is a bit lower on my list as she’s really hard to play in this meta. D.Va is also higher on my list as she’s just a really good hero and has been for a really long time, no excuse not to have a D.Va. Just my opinion tho
Symetra is definitely D or C tier
I agree with everyone saying McCree is f tier. Not that it is really an opinion so much as fact. But, yeah, that is such an overt discrepancy from reality that the rest of the list hardly matters.
