Hello, I am new to the forums so I apologize if this is in the wrong place. I have a question regarding the Sr rankings. After completing my placement matches with my team, we ended up in a mix of low bronze and high silver even though we won 9/10 games. I was placed 1288, my SR from last time. However my sister just started and won 4 games out of 10 and was placed 1966. I don’t really understand SR and I was wondering if there is a set reason as to why my 9/10 wins would place me much lower then my sister’s 4/10 wins.
Placements are dominated by your ending result from the previous season. If there is no previous season, you start at approximately 2350 and work your way from there.
