Season 11 PATCH [ACTUALLY GOOD VERSION]

REVERT THIS PATCH And release a new one like this:

DPS passive removed

Season 9 HP patch REVERTED, DPS NOW HAVE 200 HP, Tracer to 150HP and Cass to 225HP. Bastion to 250HP, with 100HP armor.

Pharah

  • Concussion grenade does no damage
  • Rocket splash damage reduced to 35
  • Direct hit damage reduced to 100
  • Fire rate increased by 8-9%

Moira

  • Right click now requires accuracy similar to zarya beam
  • Damage increased to 65/s [Buff]
  • Moira orb speed reduced, travels 10m, lasts 3 seconds [Buff]
  • Fade cooldown increased to 9 seconds [Slight nerf]
  • Moira’ heal range increased, heal amount increased [Buff]

Baptiste

  • Immortality- now reduces damage taken by 75%
  • Immortality - cast time increased by 0.8 seconds
  • Damage ammo reduced
  • Heal ammo increased
  • Movement speed increased by 10%

Kirko

  • Suzu - Cleanses and reduces damage taken by 70% for 1 second up from 0.65 seconds
  • Cooldown reduced by 1 second.

Winston

  • Reload time reduced by 35%
  • Ammo used during primary fire reduced by 15%
  • Health increased to 700 when using primal rage

Mauga

  • Deleted from the game, literally 0 people like this hero. The anti-tank tank, counterwatch tank.
    Developer Comments: We would like to apologize for this hero design.

Hog

  • Hook now does no damage
  • Movement speed increased for 4 seconds when hook connects
  • Pig Pen removed, replaced with heal
  • Right click revered back to ranged damage

Cass

  • Roll no longer reduces damage taken
  • Movement speed and distance travelled with roll increased
  • Flashbang AOE reduced by 50%, now requires more accuracy
  • Flashbang range increased by 50%

Genji

  • Cast time of blade removed, blade will now instantly be pulled out.

This is just an idea of the numbers and the direction devs SHOULD be taking.

Overall a way better balance patch than the devs but that’s all for genji?

THIS HERO WILL STILL BE DEAD… He needs a damage increase after this 250hp patch…

At least it doesn’t do AOE damage anymore. Only on direct hit.

If I had the control, I would revert season 9 patch too. I would move doomfist to DPS like, remove uppercut, keep the block he has now and also reduce tank health and bring back 6v6.

I would actually make this game skill-based again…

Genji would still be bad in comparison to cass, but still playable I guess.

Blizzard, hire this man.

And yes mauga deserves to be deleted, whose idea was it to make a bastion/reaper mashup tank with a Reinhardt slide that can stun the entire team AND quite arguably the best ultimate in the game rn. No thanks

They’ve removed a whole tank from the game. I don’t think creating Mauga when you remove a whole tank will make the game fun.

All it did was give them ultimate control over the tank slot. And look here comes Mauga the brain dead low skill extreme reward tank.

I agree, no tank should be such a counterwatchy hero.

Even sigma BARELY counters mauga, the only mauga counter is mauga himself.

No? Why have we now decided one of the strongest tanks needs a buff? He already has immense survivability for a tank that is not even designed to brawl. Dive tanks were always supposed to be less tanky because they have mobility and are high risk high reward. There’s no risk to Winston as is.

No amount of skins will make majority of the tank players play mauga consistently. That hero design is just the worst and super boring lol

Winston is not strong at all, these buffs are inconsequential and are basically QoL changes.

??? Genji is a literal spectator hero, he needs WAY more buffs.

Not in 5v5, maybe 6v6 he should have a health revert. This is also the worst opinion I have ever read, maybe blizzard should hire you, seems like you would help them ruin the game like they already are

Winston is the WEAKEST tank. This month he has 0.06% pickrate and a 41% winrate. Again, Winston, DVA, Reinhardt, Zarya are the only tanks that should ever be in the meta rotation.

this is not how it works
it is 40 direct and 80 splash. you buffed the direct total damage from 120 to 135

other then that the changes are mostly fine, but I would like to see the ultcharge reduction either removed, and instead they get ultcharge from mitigation, and or more from taking damage. spam at tanks and they get 5 ults a per minute.

also nerf the knockback resistence and then nerf knockback.

reduce tank hp and then give them useful individual buffs.

or if they are to lazy for nuance.

tank passive reworked to increase ultcharge received and grant move speed from damage received capped at 50%. that deteriorates as you actually move. nerf hp and move on.

they keep doing stupid tank changes that make them less fun for everyone. revery some of it!

Winston has been one of the strongest tanks for a few seasons now. At least in GM anyway.

Gonna have to agree to disagree with this one because I don’t have the energy to go through why Genji doesn’t deserve a single buff. I think you’ll find this is a very unpopular opinion.

Why did tanks get massive survivability buffs? Because it was brawl tanks complaining, because brawl tanks are designed to have high HP and armour, literally because they face tank all the damage. Dive tanks should have never had so much HP to begin with, they are high risk high reward because they are oppressive.

They also have extreme mobility to get them out of bad plays, which other tanks simply do not have. Why would a tank with a massive leap on 4 seconds, and the strongest shield in the game have the same or more HP than a tank who is designed to fight in a brawl? Make that make sense.

If you can’t understand how dive is supposed to work then that’s on you.

Ok well then say 150? There’s a massive difference between 150 and 175, and one of them would literally be buffing her.

Far from the truth. Winston is one of the best support bullies in the game.

Winston has a low pickrate because he’s probably one of the least fun tanks. D.va is insanely strong and more fun so people will pick her when playing dive, that doesn’t mean Winston needs buffs. Having an auto aim gun and easy kit is pretty boring. He is still played all the time in OWL when players care more about winning than having fun.
