SEA players can't be top500?

why am i not top 500 open queue in overwatch 2?, i have the authenticators up, im at least top 300 as a master 2 in all servers, i have 50+ games played with more than 30 wins. why am i not top 500 open queue in overwatch, i have the authenticators up, I have been playing this game for so long, and always wondered why i could never get this achievement even Tho i always hit the requirements D;

my friend in gm dont have it either is it just a SEA players thing?

You did completed the “Seasoned Competitor” challenge, requiring 750 lifetime competitive wins?

i have the expert and seasoned competitor titles, and I’m sure i have way more then 750 games 2500+ hrs of comp play
