Hello @Dev Team
Not only did the Frames/Ping issue accured, the Screenshoots are since the newest patched also bugged.
The appear now as .BMP and only display the background or a black screen. No UI, no Options in the after game menu, no names of players, no ingame images or diffrences.
Is that a supposed change or just a bug which came with the patch?
bugs, nothing to do but wait for fixes

I have tried to replicate this. I used the Printscrn key and it saved it as a jpg for me. I then decided to check in options what could make it a bmp and I found it.
Go to Options > Graphics Quality and click on Advanced. In Advanced go to Screenshot Quality. When I had it on 1 X Resolution it made the printscreen a .jpg but when I set it to 9 X Resolution it saved my printscreen as .bmp.

I tried that too, but it wasnt like this before. Also i get .bmp for all now. no matter the resolution change. All with the same result as mention above.
Edit: The only thing which changes with the Resoultion change is the size.
with 1x is 1 screenshoot like 10 mb .bmp
with 9x was a ‘blank’ SS with no UI or mention above 640 MB .bmp
That is odd for me it doesn’t just change the size but the actual type of picture format.
yeah. its probably some bug or glitch with them. i tried it on a diffrent PC now aswell and get the same result.
first pc: win 7 + gtx 1050
second pc: win 10 + 2x 2080 ti sli
cant tell why that doesnt work anymore
It is a long shot but there is only one way my game could potentially be different. I don’t launch the game through battlenet and launch Overwatch.exe separately (I renamed it to OverwatchTest.exe which forces me to launch it separately, which I have to do to avoid the RTX rendering device lost error).
tried those aswell as you suggested. no diffrence between seperate launch, extra link launch or battle net launch…
oh i know insert ‘because aliens’ meme patch day
