Prime Arcee had a stand out design. Arcee always looked like the Illari skin with that exception

For me, it was his fighter jet form. I love anything fighter jet. Also, he makes a great villain.
Probably didn’t turn out very good.
These skins should not be in the game anyways. The attempt to be like Fortnite is laughable and embarrassing if not completely IP damaging for OW specifically.
Like it’s so astounding how mindless people are at times.
Not to mention it makes more sense for them. Not that it matters to me because I’m not buying any skins. They’re all egregiously overpriced.
It’s a money making thing. Companies will pay a pretty penny for collabs because it gets their IP in front of more eyeballs. Honestly I don’t see the point. There hasn’t been a good series for them in a while and the last actually great Transformers game was War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron.
They wanted to avoid giving us a free skin, simple as that.
I saw a (disproven by now, obviously) leak that claimed Rachet Baptiste would be a free skin for the collab and I thought it sounded lame. Between the reality of not getting a free epic period and these scrapped skins… Well, at least I really like Primehardt right

Many many reasons. They want as many people interested in their new content as they can get.
It’s because those hand rubbers don’t want to give out any kind of free skin.
