I bought this seasons battlepass.
While free, it showcased some legendary lootboxes in specific tiers. I’ve played and gained some tiers and bought the bp afterwards. Now, none of the lootboxes are showing, I haven’t got a compensation even afer gaining some more tiers.
For info, I live in Belgium where opening lootboxes is considered gambling and gambling is illegal. The problem is that I live under the same roof as my boyfriend and he has no problem on his side of the story.
I wish I could send a ticket with the pdf file showcasing both of our battlepasses but apparently we can’t anymore?
I suppose but as I said, problem is that my boyfriend has access to those lootboxes and has claimed them.
We don’t have VPNs at home (idk if you can use them to avoid them being disabled)

Another possibility is that he can have his blizzard account set to a different region? I know some people that live in Belgium have their regions set to a different country and have been able to get their lootboxes that way. However I don’t think it’s possible to ‘change’ your region.
Otherwise I don’t know why or how he’s been getting access to them since he shouldn’t be able to if everything is set in Belgium for him.
