Is it me, or this is the shortest BP? Im at tier 11 and theres just 48 days left??? Never had that issue with past BPs.
maybe at day 48 the game will explode and we’ll all be free

Seems it’s a week shorter than other seasons. Guess so that we can have the Witches season in time for Halloween.

I felt like last season was short, too. It’s the only pne I didn’t hit level 200 on. Guess I can’t this season either.
They want me to pay for BP tiers? never ever ever. Thats OVER priced af.

its one week less i think even they know theyve ruined the game so they cut it by a week so after this season this game can be sent to the scrap heap to never return
the average length of a season is 9 weeks, and last seson (s11) lasted 9 weeks.
This season is only 8 weeks, but it’s not the first time it happens. It also happened in season 9 (Cosmic Crisis). Usually these seasons are compensated by more BP points rewards in the in-game activities, such as a new map introduced in the season, the testing of a new hero or more simply various rewards through collabs. In S9 there were many extra rewards related to cosmic crisis, and the hero gautlets.
In this season (s12) we have new mastery heroes (pharah and Zarya), but we don’t have real rewards for the new clash maps (hanaoka and anubis throne). unless they are developing other rewards linked to other events in the next 2 months (one of these, the collab with warcraft)… they will have to do a bit more events to give a boost to the XP.
Small clarification: we also had 10-week long seasons (S8, the one with Orisa’s skin).
most likely, season 13 will start on October 15th. so:
- 1 week of “watch the new season”
- 2 weeks of halloween (from Oct 22nd to November 5th);
it makes sense, since starting halloween too early or too late would be detrimental to the “witches” theme of the title.
In short, we have to think that to “solve” this imbalance of season 12 they make more events that give Battle Pass levels. 
but they’ll probably do a “watch overwatch on twitch, get BP levels” thing.

That’s impressive, but I also doubt that is the normal player experience.
How are you already at tier 49 thats insane. I cant play much now cuz stuff.

Question : where to find how many days left in the season in game ?
In previous season we used to have a section called season in challeges and there u can see the remaining days for this season , but this season that section got removed cus they didn’t put any challenges in it , so I cant tell how many days left !
I struggle immensely to even finish it with the regular season runtime. Last season I barely got to level 50 on it. I wish I had that time. At least I didn’t waste money. So this season likely goes onto the never-finished pile.
