I too have an AMD GPU and the S11 stuttering and fps drops have made the game unplayable.

Same here RX 6800 XT, I get really bad intermittent stutters until I reboot. Once I reboot the stutters go away temporarily but after about 30 minutes or 1 hour of play they return

Did you have a different GPU in your system before the 7900?

If so, use DDU to completely remove traces of previous drivers and re install the 7900 GRE drivers.

Jayz2cents has a great tutorial on how to quickly and easily use DDU.

It made such a big difference for me.

try to remove in drivers you have in your pc, and then install an old one that is more optimized and it should fix the issue. i had crashes and bsod’s a lot before until i reveretted to an old driver. it fixed everything.

Same here immediately after s11 update. Used to play on high settings easily and now still getting low fpw/stuttering on low settings. Everything was fine before update

Sadly this is a common issue with some of amd driver updates. The only way to fix this is to revert to a stable old driver.

finally it fixes for me, my setup issue was the 5800x cpu running too hot, i adjust the overcloak setting so the temp dont go more than 75 C, now my 7900 gre its running at 50 C and my cpu at 75 C max, the game is now playable,
