Russian servers

Eu servers are ruined cause they are full filled with Russians… in team based game there must be communication and you know it as well and it is impossible to communicate with them cause they don’t speak/write/want to speak English at all and it’s been a problem for a long time and for some reason you have not done anything to it and if i try to switch to other servers like america etc it still pushes me back to Eu! so get them own servers where they can use their language and let other people play this game as it’s meant to played by having fun and communicating with others… Otherwise this game is ruined… —> Pls like this comment so we can get so many like or what ever to really get blizzard to react to this <-----

Doesn’t work like that around here. The devs just flat out don’t read the forums. And, even if they did, they’d never respond here.

There are a lot of different languages being spoken on the EU servers. There are twenty four different languages being spoken in the EU regularly. Russian is just one of them.

Although the ‘de-facto’ language appears to be English, EU players are under NO obligation to use English whilst playing.

the main issue with the servers is MOVING them from germany to the nertherlands… WHY? YOU ARE making latency worse for more than half the population…

all this just to save some money

Whilst that may be true, no player is obliged to speak English or use non-cyrillic alphabets.

This would be a valid reason for opening and running more servers: to improve the user experience for them. ‘Move them to their own servers because they don’t speak my language’ isn’t a good enough reason to lay out that kind of cost, at least not so far as Blizz is concerned.

I mean they did respond here once a long time ago. But like people just spammed them with hate mail.

alot of people who speak russian located not in russia… percentages of active russian language speakers in some countries:
Belarus 79%
Kazakhstan 65%
Ukraine 60%
Latvia 57%
Moldova 56%
Estonia 38%
Georgia 37%
Armenia 31%
Kyrgyzstan 30%
Azerbaijan 24%
Lithuania 21%
Uzbekistan 20%
Tajikistan 16%
btw percentage of passive speakers alot higher
also currently blizzard not sells anything in russia region… players from russia cant even use money from their steam wallet to buy coins… unless they change region… and almost all of them change it =)

so they should make Belarus servers or kazakhstan so they can all move there from ruining our games cause they don’t speaks english neither my language Finnish what i don’t wait from them
