After sending a ticket to the general support they send me here. I bought the rubber duck Zenyatta skin and when it released it got promoted with the pachimari weapon charm. Turns out its the rubber duck charm.
Besides that being false advertisement and it leaving me disappointed, its now silently changed to the “right” weapon charms. While the skin is the main selling point, I still purposefully bought it bc I thought the charm was cute. Charging about 7 bucks for a weapon charm on average, I expect better than being ignored and just being told “deal with it”. Either swap the charms in my account or give me the other one on top.
