Playable, as in, if I go downstairs to play right now, I could do the entire process in 2 minutes. Walking down, booting it up, setting up my spot and queuing.
Now? It would take me 15 minutes if I am lucky enough not to have the game canceled. And I pray that game is not awful with the loose matchmaking because I will need to do it again afterwards. It works out to being able to play about 2 games an hour.
I would argue that is not a playable game.
