I am a DPS main that has to queue 10min+ like everyone else. And honestly I absolutely don’t mind. I don’t understand people crying about reverting back to old matchmaking, the games being ruined are so much less than they used to be and games are usually somewhat fair. Back in the days you had people dying once because they got caught off position and started picking DPS tilting entire team and suddenly you have 6 DPS. I prefer queueing long before having to face that crap again.

I’m a big fan of 222 games, but with that out of the way, there are still some issues that need to be sorted. Hopefully they’re working on some sort of compensation for joining a Comp game that’s scuppered early by a leaver. Over in QP, backfill can cause similar problems. Being given priority if your game lasts less than x minutes when you re-queue would be a big deal.

That is great and all, but I am not willing to wait 15 minutes. Or, well, actually, apparently I am because everyone else I know quit the game and I am the only one still around.

Then the LFG tool is there for you, use it.
Nope. People have shown they’ll shed a fair amount of quality for quantity and diversity. The LFG lets you tune if you don’t think the free open system is cutting it for the masses.

Role queue is great and the queue time is a problem that can be solved without removing role queue. I’m also willing like OP to wait my 10 minutes to play, I don’t mind. I do everything that is needed to not go back to that trash old competitive.
Role Queue is not bad, Forced 222 is what’s bad mate.

I do… I have played hours upon hours of tanks and supports and that convinces me that maybe the wait is not so bad after all.

I tried I swear… support has so less impact in the game…
Tank in the other way is still enjoyable in some matches… until Mei enters the game and ruins everything for me.

I love 2-2-2 role que .We already have a toxic and tilted community which is able to ragequit etc. I remember everyone when you lose a single fight picking dps and throw The game so current role que system is perfect for me and i dont mind if i wait for search …

Makes me wish we had an opt out of backfill option. It’d be nice knowing I’m starting off a full match instead of thrust in a last minute game because someone rage quit near the end.
Maybe have the rewards raised for backfilling if you do opt in

Nope, I like playing my own game. I hate LFG especially since they enforce mic etc. Sometimes I just want to chillax and rek some scrubs without having to tryhard.
Not everyone has the time to wait 10 to 15 min for a match.

Oh, okey, that sounds valid. Guess I was wrong from the start. But now as I saw that message, I instantly fell in love with 10 minutes queue times. Hell, I’d wait even 30 minutes! Yes, that’s all just because of the fact, that you’re fine with it. Thanks for fixing this issue.

Second: you’ll be surprised, but I get 10-15 minutes queue in QP on average.
