Short queue times, good team comps. I can play what I like when I like.

In what way is it the best. You can’t change role if one is underperforming or refusing to play counters, you have supports and tanks trying to dps since the queue time for dps is literally several hundred times longer, people who are actually willing to switch when they know they’re underperforming but can’t, being forced to play other heroes after years of practicing and playing on a select few which are now locked behind a 8+ min timer.

Nothing good has come of this

Just because it’s 2-2-2 doesn’t mean it’s a good team comp, and just because it’s a good team comp doesn’t mean it’s a good team. The vast majority of my teams so far are playing heroes that are not their mains, and it really shows.

It just means it is better than the team comps I normally got when I wasn’t filling.

I like being able to not have to choose between throwing another filler under a bus, or not being able to dps.

So for me, 100% improvement.

I agree fully, 2-2-2 is one of the worst things that has happened to the game if not the worst (Brig is competing with it for 1st place)

I don’t agree. A “good” or “standard” comp is useless if the heroes aren’t being played properly. I’d rather have a hash of random teammates who are comfortable on what they’re playing, because that’s what wins until like masters.

I know of three distinct scenarios where Blizzard would most certainly revert back to Freedom Queue or re-add freedom queue right alongside Forced Queue

RoleSR will sort that for you.

Again it is the solution to the problem you are complaining about.

Before this people were pushed into roles they were bad at because they had to fill.

This way their Sr is now right for the role they are running.

Much better.

Not really. Role sr is p trash. Mid diamond dps and tank but low plat support because my team won’t push when they’re supposed to, or push when they should pull back. Support is garbage

The SR or MMR is shared across all roles, at least in “QuickPlay”

for a DPS player it might be the worst thing. i as a support more than happy not having to deal with solo healing 5 DPS feeding on different sides of the map and then crying about the lack of healing.
