No, as Goats is 0/3/3 you can’t play Goats at all.

So you can’t make a group like you could before, and select 3-3?
No, it only allows 2/2/2.
You can make that group but when you queue up for comp (and very soon, QP, too,) everyone in group is going to be forced to choose roles as 2-2-2.
