Seriously, I’m tired of him in every single game. He is WAY too hard to kill and way too lethal and way too easy. His cooldowns are way too short and way too powerful and you can’t even out range him because his Hook range is a mile and a half and anyone with a range farther than that isn’t going to do anything to him. I’m sick of it already. He’s busted as hell and everyone picking him every single game knows it so don’t act like he’s not. Reaper? Not good enough, gets one shot. Pharah? Nope, not good enough either, and she can’t stay in the air for crap anymore. Bastion? Nope, gets hooked and one shotted too and he has so much HP with Take a Breather he can literally shrug off a Bastion point blank. THIS. IS. DUMB.
Ball too while we’re at it. Too much HP, too much mobility, his Ultimate charges in 30 seconds, and wipes a team. He stalls for approximately 8 years on objectives making 2CP games even WORSE than they already are.
And that’s not even considering if they’re getting healed. They’re just self sufficient on their own. Only way to kill anything anymore is Ana anti-nade-ing it. Now lets talk about Ana, who’s been the defacto best support in the game for like 2 years already because she has the highest healing output and the best two cooldowns in the game, any single which is enough to win an entire fight.
Well they’re the ones who counter him, so maybe you should tell them to.

Gotta be 100% honest, these complaints sound more like a bad player than a balance problem. Hog is really frustrating to a support player, I get it, but they can do something to him. Same with ball. Also, for the record, a single hero shouldn’t be able to kill a tank alone. That’s dumb.
I understand he’s frustrating but that’s no reason to make him worse. Same with the other two. Everyone would be nerfed if that’s how it’s balanced. Blizzard has already ruined multiple heroes because they were frustrating. Look at mei, sym, doom, etc. Can we please stop with emotional balancing
Double shield is popular because they both shutdown Hog and Ana because you NEED to shut them down because they are BROKEN. So its either Double Shield meta or NO SHIELD meta.

hog needs his damage nerfed so he cant oneshot 200-250 hp squishys, Ball… he needs nerfs to his ultimate and grapple.
Ball:
Grapple, Adaptive Shields and Mines:
Grapple: Duration: From infinite to a 12 second duration while grappled onto an object or wall/
Mines: Duration from 20 seconds to 16-15. Damage: up from 130 to 135-140. Ult charge increased by 8%
Adaptive Shields: grants 50 shields per enemy in radius instead of 100 shields per enemy in radius, if you use your adpative shields around enemys and they strike you with your shields up, they still gain ult charge from it, the duration of it is now 9 seconds up from 7.
Hog: Scrap gun, take a breather, hook, and whole hog.
Scrap Gun (primary): damage is now 40 -130 per shot.
Take a Breather: Healing is now 250 instead of 300.
Chain Hook: damage is now 20 instead of 30, range is now 18 meters instead of 20.
Whole Hog: Removed headshot capability during whole hog.
I feel like these changes to both of them would be good so hog wouldnt be able to oneshot 200-250 hp heroes, and ball being able to contest points but not infinitely and making sure he doesn’t stop focus to his team instead of using his shields into the enemy team and increasing his ult charge so he doesn’t gain it as fast.
thats your opinion. And these changes should be experiemented on. I expressed those changes because ball is annoying to go against and same with hog. And a lot of people hate ball because of his ultimate and shields because his ult lasts too long and gains too fast so with the nerfs to his ult I increased its damage and with is grapple its annoying and hard to kill him when hes circling on a 2cp map so with the duration while grapple’d it will prevent him from infinitely contesting it. and hog oneshots 200-250 hp heroes which is very annoying because you instantly get deleted from a battle because of him.
