Yeah I heard HBO didn’t like them using Game of Thrones quotes or something. Problemas.
They changed Brigitte’s as well, but for different reasons.
But… you could do a nice combo with both voicelines…

They could at least have removed the “i dont like talkers” part, and leave it as “you are a talker”, so it still could be comboed
… this is kind of a stretch. “I don’t like talkers” isn’t a new thing. I’ve heard/read it in movies and books for quite a long time.
Yeah I didn’t invent it, I’m just saying that’s what I heard.
Makes more sense that they changed it because it was too similar to the other, but HBO is pretty ruthless about prosecuting copyright stuff, so it’s not totally out of the realm of possibility.
If only we had developers who were transparent and communicative and let us know why changes were made that affect items we may or may not have spent credits on before the fact.

I’m mainly saying the “copyright” part is highly unlikely. You can’t copyright 1 line from a TV show. Maybe a catchphrase, or a song but one line? Most evidence points to simply getting rid of a redundant line and removing the most recent iteration first.
It was removed because Cultist Zenyatta wanted us all to “experience nothingness” and thus made it so with Roadhog’s cherished new anniversary voice line.
