Personally I find it easier to hit tires while playing on console that I do on PC.

Oh, I think you meant to say that it had a high charge rate, or a low charge cost. In that case, yes, it does indeed charge very quickly.

Those grenades need to have their size nerf reverted. Only then can Junkrat’s ult have its charge cost increased. The poor rat needs buffs, not nerfs.
