Blizzard ruined Mei. Without being to freeze she has lost all identity and looks awful. What a disgrace.

She’s gonna get nerfed once they discover the Winston/Mei/Lucio/Zen BumRush meta.
100dps left click that pierces combined with 60 dps piercing left click will melt everything like butter. Then you have discord orb thrown on top. Unstoppable.

She isn’t. They gave her tons of nerfs to her wall and slow effects and ult charge which he didn’t even mention. She is not even good right now, let alone with these. The devs are also not higher than diamond so Seagull 1v5’ing them argument is moot

Still freezes on ultimate, and Flats kind of just told people just how insane she is with that 100 DPS primary fire, spoiling Seagul’s 1v5 play on the dev-team stack.

Apparently the the beam melts so we’ll see. 100 dps without a huge aim requirement is pretty big.
its still the most unforgving beam at ranges because its a projectile which you need to lead unlike the hitscan beams

It comes with a 50% slow, though. That should make it a lot more consistent. And being close range is less detrimental with less CC.
I’m just happy that the primary no longer freezes. Thank you, blizz! Now that this huge drain on her power budget is gone, you can focus her strength elsewhere.
Agreed! Her right click icicles have always been her most satisfying part of her kit, I would love if that became the focus of her power budget! Maybe they could slow enemies upon hit by like 10%, stacking up to 3 times?
Mei is still centered around freezing (with her ult) and ice wall.
I don’t think she’s lost her identity tbh but I understand the frustration of losing her freeze.

The only fun to be had was freezing and refreezing tanks over and over again. To be fair, they already nerfed that awhile ago, so… She has been dead to me for a long time.
