I recently got the problem that it is nearly impossible to play some heroes where it is necessary to use right click.
Like: widow, ana, sombra, reinhardt and zen.
It just randomly deactivates itself which is a pain if you wanna snipe, hack or hold your shield properly.
I tried to installed overwatch again. Still there is the same problem.
and I very sure my mouse can work fine.
Only when I playing OW, I have this problem.
I am hoping for help because I wanna play those heroes again!

Do you use toggle on or off. Maybe try the other setting if the other one is not working. This does sound like an issue with your mouse though. Are you absolutely sure it’s working, because it does not seem like this. After switching between the toggle options and both keep unscoping etc. it is def a problem with your mouse.
I have toggle off on hammond, widow and ana. But sombra’s hack, Rein and brigitte’s shield, zen and moira’s right click, and doomfist’s punch cant work propely, some of them don’t have option to setting.
I’m sure my right click can work perfectly on Windows or other games, this issue only happen when I play Overwatch (QP, comp etc. never happens on training mode) also I tried with another new mouse and the problem still exist.
I tried to update windows system, the driver for the display card and mouse, Reinstall OW and nothing, I couldn’t use those heroes.
I have this problem for two or three months and I have been playing ow for more than 2 years without this problem.
It’s most likely your mouse. Check if you can get an updated driver for it or get a new one. I doubt this is anything else.
