I’m guessing yes, because we know Moira experimented on him while at OW. (she was in their uniform)
And she leaves OW after the Venice thing, so reaper should have them.

I hope he has voice lines where he comments on not completely used to turning into a cloud.

I think we should get a lore event for D.va so that we can finally know what her actual lore is before they change her gender, name, nationality etc.

Moira was already on blackwatch after being expelled from overwatch. She had probably already done her experiments on Reyes at the time of the mission.

Part of this event will be of the Venice incident described in Moira’s bio. The event after which blackwatch had to disavow all affiliation with her.
